Snow chocolates
Preparation time 50 minutes

  • 150 g chopped white chocolate
  • 150 g chopped milk chocolate
  • 150 g chopped dark chocolate


Melt the three different types of chocolate separately, place a small amount in three paper piping cones, then fill in the lines that form the internal pattern of each shape, making two of each colour. Chill in the fridge for around 5 minutes. Place the left-over chocolate from each cone back in the corresponding bowl. If necessary, briefly heat the chocolate to melt it again. Lay the mould on a flat plate, then fill the shapes, alternating the different types of chocolate to contrast with the colour of the pattern. Leave to set in the fridge for a few hours, then turn out gently.
