What happens if I change my mind?

We believe you will not regret your shopping experience, but if it happens, you can return your order to us within 14 days from the delivery date and you will be entitled for a refund. Contact us with a brief explanation, we will arrange a collection by using one of our delivery partners. We will refund you the product’s cost. You will need to pay for the cost of the item to sent back to us.

What if the items is faulty or sent me wrong one?

Our quality check team does its best to make sure that the item you bought will be delivered with the same standard advertised on our site. However if there is something you are not convinced about or we have sent you something different, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send us a picture of the problem. We will arrange a collection and you will receive a full refund or a replacement.
It’s extremely important that you inspect the item when it gets delivered. You might be asked to sign a form confirming that it was delivered in a good condition.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have a change of heart, you can cancel your order before the dispatching. What you need to do is contact us and we will cancel it. We will give you a full refund. If the order has been dispatched before your communication we can still cancel your order, however you will need to arrange a new collection from your address. Charges will depend on the courier you will use to send back the product.

How doesthe refund works?

For security reasons we can refund you only to the original payment method you used when you first placed the order on Pavonidea.
