Mix Macarons is the new preparation studied by Pavoni to create the Macarons in a simple and fast way. Ideal for use with Macarons Pads. Recipe for 10 full macarons: put Macaron Mix 500 gr and hot water 80°C 100 gr in a planetary or in a mixer at medium speed and spin for 5 minutes; put the product in a piping bag and spread out small quantities of product on the Pavoni Macarons pads or on a baking sheet paper forming small washers of about 3 cm diameter at a distance of about 2 cm one from other; let stand for 1 hours so that it forms a crust; put in the oven: static 150°C for 12/15 minutes or convention at 135°C for 12/15 minutes.
